The goal of this program is to help students in Kindergarten through second grade understand that while conflict is an everyday part of life, there are things they can do to settle their disagreements or arguments without getting into a fight. Taking off from the premise that even the youngest students can benefit from learning conflict resolution skills, the workshop is designed to provide meaningful solutions to conflict that students can connect to their own experience.
